Ben H. Moye, M.D.
Dr. Moye is a board certified Ophthalmologist with extensive experience with a wide variety of medical and surgical conditions. He provides care for children and adults in the Lake Park/North Florida area. Dr. Moye graduated from Emory University and the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his resideny training at Baroness Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga. Dr. Moye is the founder of the practice and is credited with performing the first LASIK proceedure in Lowndes County. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthamology.
Clifford D. Courtenay, O.D.
Dr. Courtenay is an optomerist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment ofeye diseases as well as visual and optical conditions. He provides comprehensive eye care for both children and adults. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Southern College of Optomety in Memphis. Dr. Courtenay completed a one-year fellowship in Ocular Diagnosis and Disease at Omni Eye Services in Atlanta. Dr. Courtenay is certified by the International Board of Examiners in Optometry, is a member of several professional organizations and is a past president of the Georgia Optometric Association. Special intrests include Glaucoma, Dry Eyes, advanced contact lenses (including corneal molding) and difficult to diagnose cases.
Albert Gonzalez, M.D.
Dr. Gonzalez is an opthalmologist with extensive surgical experience and training. He provides comprehensive eye care for both children and adults and performs a wide variety of surgical proceedures with special interest in advanced cataract surgery, corneal surgery and laser vision correction. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina for both his undergraduate and medical school and his residency was completed at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda. Dr. Gonzales completed a fellowship in Cornea/Refractive Surgery at the University of Missouri. He is a member of several professional organizations and is certified by the American Board of Opthalmology. Special interests include: Laser vision correction, advanced cataract surgery with multifocal implants and advanced corneal surgery (including DSEK and transplants).
